How do I install the cover?

We have installation guide videos ready here on our Installation page to guide you through the installation process. Our Specialists are always available on the phone if additional help is needed during installation.

Does my seat cover have a warranty?

Our seat covers have a 1 year warranty that covers manufacturer defects and premature breakdown of the cover. If you believe there is a defect with your seat cover, please contact us immediately and include what is wrong with your cover. You can view our full warranty policy here.

What is your return/exchange policy?

Our products are made to order and replacements are processed for factory defects or fitment errors. For these reasons we will be happy to assist you in resolving the issue with a replacement cover. If a replacement is shipped, then it will be at no charge to you. Visit our full return policy here.

When will I receive my seat cover(s)?

Production takes up to 2-4 weeks but may vary depending on order volume. Once your order ships it can take 4-7 business days to receive it.

What materials are your seat covers made of?

We have a variety of fabric options available. From genuine leather to camo, you'll find one that suits your needs.

What currency are your prices in?

Our prices listed online are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the U.S. or Canada in a different currency, please note that the amount shown on your payment card statement will differ from the amount shown on your SeatCovers.com order confirmation due to the difference in currency.

Do you carry a seat cover for my vehicle?

We offer a variety of fully custom seat covers for many vehicles, but if your vehicle is not listed, please let us know using this form. We will add it to our list of vehicles to pattern and will contact you when it's available.

How do I clean my seat cover?

Always hand wash your seat cover with warm, soapy water. We recommend avoiding the use of chemicals, and always recommend testing any cleaning materials in a small, inconspicuous area to start. Once your cover is clean, give it enough time to air dry before using. DO NOT place your cover in a washer/dryer—these methods may damage the cover.

Do you offer free shipping?

All orders to the U.S. and Canada qualify for free shipping! Simply add the seat cover of your choice to your cart and you will automatically get free shipping with FedEx Ground when you are in the contiguous U.S. and Canada!

How can I track my purchase?

Once your order has finished production we will ship your purchase, and you will be provided with a tracking number via email.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do ship internationally! For international orders, the shipping cost is calculated on the checkout page. If you do not see your country listed on the drop-down list on the checkout page, please contact us.
