RETURN POLICY

Return Policy:

Each Seat Cover is custom made for your specific year, make, and model vehicle. With over 45 years of experience creating industry leading top-quality seat covers, we are confident that we can provide you with the best quality cover to last you for years to come. Should you experience any issues with your cover, please do not hesitate to contact us at info@seatcovers.com, and we will be happy to assist you.

How to Submit a Request:

For defective covers or fitment issues, simply utilize our contact form at the bottom of this page.

Please include as much information as possible about your issue including: Your order number, year, make, and model of your vehicle, and a detailed description of the issue.

Our customer service department will review your request and notify you whether or not your request has been approved or denied. If approved, you will be provided with detailed instructions for replacing or exchanging your purchase.

• Returns and refunds on custom made Seat Covers are not accepted. However, if you feel you have received a defective cover please use our contact form so we may review your case for an exchange.
• Refused or undeliverable packages sent to the 48 contiguous states will be subject to a $19.95 Return to Sender fee, as well as original shipping costs.
• Refused or undeliverable packages sent to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico will be subject to original shipping costs. Canadian fees (customs fees, duties, and brokerage fees) are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Because each seat cover is custom made, order cancellations can only be made within 24 hours of placing the order. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately by phone: 855-791-0785

If you are exchanging or replacing a purchase, your new purchase(s) will be shipped when we have received confirmation from the carrier that the returned purchase(s) has been received. When we ship your new purchase(s), you will be sent a notification via e-mail. This e-mail will also contain a new tracking number.

Free Exchange Shipping:

Free exchange shipping applies to incorrect covers received as part of our fitment guarantee. We will cover the exchange shipping cost if the cover you receive is an incorrect size for your seat. To help us determine if your return qualifies for free shipping and meets our fitment guarantee guidelines we may require photographs. We will not offer free shipping for a cover with sizing issues without a photo of the seat cover installed on the car seat.
Free exchange shipping does not apply to new and unopened items.

Free exchange shipping does not apply to orders from Canada, Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico or any order outside the 48 states.
